Southgate's response to Monday's game was to complain about letting two goals in at the end. That shows the mindset of the man.He could have lauded his players for scoring 6 goals but no we let 2 in.

A good manager would do both at the same time.

Knowing when as a player he was a defender, I can allow
for him being more annoyed with the GA (and whens) than
praising the GF.

An "equality of outcome" regime means that Saudi on
paper should get an opportunity to be host nation, but given
Qatar is now then 2030 would be too soon for that locale.

I feel that India or a nation in SE Asia such as Thailand,
if interested, should at least be considered for "logistics"
analysis (optimal climate, minimal disruption to general
global domestic seasons etc) .

I’d like to see Australia/NZ host the World Cup. Our summer is their winter so the heat won’t be a factor and it would be in a part of the world that hasn’t hosted it before

There's an ex player named Warren Barton on some matches here driving me bonkers.Knows everything (maybe he does!!!?).Doesn't stop yakking. Would make a great manager.Wouldn't need money like Pep etc.......! Could just talk his players to championships!

Giroud lucky to be still on the pitch. Sure he threw a slap/punch at the Danish centre back.
Decent game and France will have to work for a win.
