Great start to the WC today, a 3-3 and now currently a 2-2. Come on Sonny, steal the show!

Ghana have done a great job on Sonny here, they proper hem Korea in on the right to stop them switching the ball to Sonny in space and then just block him off any time he’s in the box. That said, he had a complete air shot a while back that he would have buried last season.

Be sad for the South Koreans if they go home but good news for us if we can give Sonny a few weeks to get right and fresh.

Reactions: The Changing Man
Harsh on Korea, deserved a draw.

Manager sent off after the whistle too, Taylor should’ve allowed the corner.

Cracking first couple of games though.

This Jo guy is a proper CF, think there’ll be a few European clubs taking an interest in him. Looked decent when he came on against Uruguay and has now bagged a brace.
Is he the striker that Forest brought then loaned to a Greek side ?

Nah he’s Jo, the one they bought was Hwang. Weird move though that, bought him and loaned him straight out and he’s 30 years old… I don’t see any logic in doing that with someone of that age.

I've just looked up the SK striker, he's Cho Gue Sung , decent player but I've not seen much of the SK league , who am I kidding , not seen a single game <laugh>
He was the player that put 2 past us on the Korean tour and has a low buy out clause apparently

Forest's owner is Evangelos Marinakis, a dodgy crook and alleged match-fixer.
He also owns Olympiakos, who they loaned Hwang Ui-Jo to.

And they’re geared up for holding major sporting events.
Well they were well placed to get this one, until FIFA and the Qataris decided to swap some currency for votes! Round one of votes Australia got 1. End of. Similar story for the US. World media went nuts as many of you may recall, it still burns with football fans and officials here and FIFA really owes them.
