Yeah very comfortable for Brazil. Felt they had another gear still had they needed it and never looked in trouble really.
Brazil were just improving as the game went on, as the commentator said, they got their swagga back. They probably should have won 6-0 but by nullifying Serbia to such an extent it didn't even matter.
Have to say I didn't see it like that. Thought they were ok nothing more than that. They never really opened up Serbia except that one time when Raphina was played in. They played better when Neymar went off as well.
Serbia were broken by the time Neymar went off... lot of hating on the lad, and he does go down very easily and irritatingly ... but he is a phenomenal talent ... pretty sure he was shooting from the corner in the first half ... incredible talent.
I don't hate Neymar, I just don't think he's as good as he's made out to be. I've rarely seen him perform when it mattered. I look at the icons of brazilian teams of the past 40 yrs and he doesn't come close. Part of the problem is he'll have 3 players on him everytime he gets the ball. The other part of the problem is he's a greedy fcker and hangs on to the ball too long. You put those two things together and he underperforms. He should be passing quicker and linking up with others better.
Crazy how some are so hyper critical of Brazil and especially the BBC who seemed totally aghast that the Samba boys weren't out of sight by HT given all the talent at their disposal. Personally thought they were excellent against a physical and obdurate Serbian team who were well beaten by the end.
The Man is a **** though so **** him and any talent he has, spoiled little prick who didn't deserve people's attention.
Luvs a bit vexed I think coz he decided to boycott the WC…which happens to be one of the best ever I’d be vexed too
If he streamed it or got IPTV like many of us have suggested, he could watch it and still stick by his principles. He won't listen though.
May be even worse for him, he could be watching it in secret but unable to pass comment because of his stance
