Absolutely. Was just answering Chief's query about why playing a Morocco or Croatia would be preferable to say Brazil or Portugal. Don't care if they've just knocked out one of the favourites I'd still take the weaker opponent based on world rankings and historical performances every time.
Although Brazil won easily against South Korea 4-1 the other day, I was quite disappointed with them, they should have been in double figures. Brazil like England have had an easy run so far and I'd like Croatia put them to a tougher test, much as France certainly will the English.
FIFA world rankings in brackets. Croatia (12) v Brazil (1) Holland (8) v Argentina (3) Morocco (22) v Portugal (9) England (5) v France (4)
Yes, and that was the only knock out game they have played yet. They showed no inclination to attack. How many goals have the scored and conceded? Their strength is their defense. Glad to help.
Ole is that you......mad init football tactics the revelation of defense and attack.....u gotta have both I guess lol Ps dont ask me scores I've not watched it .....all I know is they are where they are at the expense of others
Yeah, and they absolutely deserve to be there. I can't see them taking Portugal on toe to toe though, and they'll use their strengths. They've got a superb defense and Bono is a great keeper, glad he took a break from U2 tbf.
Croatia having a reasonably good start to the game. Can't help thinking once Brazil find the gears they'll still win.
Brazil ain't winning the World Cup. They've really struggled against the first half decent well organised European side they've played. Can't see them beating the likes of England, France or even Portugal.
