As Ernie has said, six of the stadiums will have about half their seats taken up afterwards (and sent to developing countries), while a seventh will be dismantled completely.
 
The picture quality might be bad with the Sun reflecting off those white robes in the good seats.
 
Another young I hope we don't see happen is when I went to watch Spain v Uruguay in 2013 we arrived at the a good 45minutes before kick off and was still late getting in the stadium. The worst part of it the Qataries where allowed to go to the front of the queue and get straight in. We also needed our passports to gain entry.

I know out was along time ago but that's how it was in general like at the cinema etc.

I lived in Kuwait for 3 years, I know exactly what you mean.
