Two joke decisions by ref gift France two goals, so unfair on Croatia.This is the World Cup final for ffs

 

Was never a foul for the free kick, the pen was 50-50 for me.

I would be sick if I was a Croatia fan and this ends 2-1.They are the much better side as well.Pogba was also off side for free kick!

 

After hearing the law book read by Lineker then that was not a pen.

 

hopefully the croats can use this injustice to spur them on to a deserved victory

 

The ref had no option to award a penalty once he had to watch the VAR. Hand moved to the ball and deflected it away from goal. Unfortunate for Croatia who, for me, have been the better side. Hopefully Croatia will score the next goal (and bugger up my prediction)

 

Thank goodness for VAR ensuring all the decisions are correct

 

Im glad they didnt win this 2-1 with 2 dubious goals, they have done to Croatia what they did to Belgium and picked them off on the counter, deserved win.

Well Mbappe scores so bet landed but still feel sad for Croatia as this score does not reflect the French performance.Ive updated the final table of the compo there.

 

I think the better team lost. France showed their class for 10 mins to finish it off. Gutted for Croatia

Had a few quid on 4-1 to France @ 66s. Not happy about the dodgy decisions in the first half but then the thought of a nice little payout as the French surged ahead remedied my feeling of injustice. Then that Spurs twat Lloris does that . Great World Cup, watched with my little lad of 7 who got interested in football about 6 months ago. I've no doubt this tournament has laid a firm foundation for a lifetime of enjoyment (and some misery) of this great game.
