Unsurprisingly Ahmed Musa, Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi have been named in Nigeria’s final squad

England play Nigeria at Wembley on saturday

Would be nice to see Musa have one last shot here but can’t see it. Seems an excellent player in other leagues but here

Harry Maguire will wear number 6 at the World Cup and Jamie Vardy is number 11

We shouldn't bother with the world cup any more - Nigeria have already won.

Our pre departure photo was class .... as in looked like a school class photo.
Kane at the front looking like a smug school prefect that you'd want to slap and Vardy looking cheeky at the back, like he was hiding a catapult under his uniform <laugh>

All 3 of our boys played for Nigeria tonight, a first for us to have 3 players in a team at a world cup. It was a dire game, Nigeria were awful and they lost. If we think we'll ever recoup any money on Musa, we won't!

Kasper kept a clean sheet for Denmark, 500+ minutes without conceding now. Suspect that will change against Argentina, although they weren't very good either today.

Mixed for our lads so far, good for Kasper, obviously number 1 and a good clean sheet. Neither of our lads got any minutes for Portugal and I’m surprised only Ndidi started for Nigeria. I doubt it’ll get better with England although Maguire might play. At least we’ll get to see Benny!

I cant believe some people knock Kasper. He didnt have his best season last year but 1 bad season out of 7 going into his 8th is still great going

He still has the drive and determination he always had since we signed him

He was outstanding for Denmark yesterday and im sure he will be again for us next season

Hope you are right about Kasper, cos he was distinctly average last season compared to his usual standard. Thought Victor Moses made Musa look decent. Ndidi did everything well, but has hardly a creative bone in his body. Looking forward to Benny with a double footer on Quaver Face Kane.

Okazaki injured his calf in a warm up game and it is bad enough that it could mean he is out of the world cup.

Really hope that it's not the end for Okazaki.

Very harsh on Quavers there Barwell.
In the past there have been players I've not liked at club level but have supported at international level but i really can't find a way with Kane or Alli. Bring it on Benny!

Typical England performance so far, plenty of huff and puff but naff all end product. Harry one nervous moment but other than that very good.

Got to love Maguire’s awareness to cushion the ball into Kane’s path at the far post. Maguire had a good game other than the one time he turned back on himself and lost the ball. Of course he’d have had nerves but he settled after that and was probably our best player going forwards <laugh> seen lots calling him **** and a block head for that one mistake but the much experiences Walker seems to get none for getting suckered in and punished for his mistake, hmmm

Good game with Maguire and Stones looking dangerous from set plays.

Lots of chances created, which has been englands problem for a very long time.

Thought loftus cheek looked great in the last 20 minutes, wouldnt be surprised if hes in the Chelsea team next year (over Danny Benchwarmer <laugh>)
