The ball got cut back to him. Despite if someone was offside or not. The easy chances he wastes is so frustrating.

It was a pen against us for an arm being used to hold off a player, but a rugby tackle on Kane isn't even looked at!?

Tunisia penalty was soft but the right call, how VAR can watch Kane get wrestled down like that and not give anything is beyond me.

The 'rugby tackle' probably came too early in the match. Spanish coverage didn't show a replay.

That's not how it works. Other wise most of the Pens already wouldn't have been given. They tell him to stop the play and come to the side line to look at the replays if he misses it.
