Gave up my gym membership a few months ago, I get a better workout from running, cycling, push ups, sit ups and the odd bit of weights, all of which don't need a 35 quid a month gym membership.

Gym? ****ing nonce! Paying some faceless institution your hard eraned bucks just so you can pull weights, jog on their machines, and work up a stiffy watching the fit minge get all sweaty. Any **** who goes to the gym is a daft **** IMO. Get yerself a good brisk walk every day. Best aerobic exercise there is. End of. WALK to the train station or to your mates for example. Get out hill-walking during the summer. Fantastic workout that. Go swimming at least once a week. Stop eating shyt: pizzas, burgers, pies, Greggs shoite. Sorted Gym?! Pfft
I played football, until my knee got ****ed and I couldn't run. After physio I was advised to join a gym and use weights to rehab it. My knee is that ****ed that I can't run or play football. I now go to the gym, swim or go out on my bike. I really miss the football, but berating people that go to the gym is just stupid.
Well Zico, I'm up to 3/4 games a week, my hips still sore as is my left knee and ankle, but I can get by.

what a load of bollocks. if he keeps going then'll he'll overwork and further tear muscles that are already torn and trying to repair themselves and he wont be able to lip properly for weeks. at least 4 times a week? bullshit also. unless you want to overwork them and not give them the time to repair different muscles need different lengths of recovery. usually leave about 48 hours before working the same muscle group again and you dont need to work out more than 3 times a week. so monday-wednesday-friday..and have the weekend off.
