We are in a gatekeepers cottage about 10 miles south of Braemar. Been quite a few times now and love it. Just switch off from the world ( except the footy). Did Fort William and Gairloch last year. Stunning scenery Glenfinnan viaduct etc . Just breathtaking scenery wherever you go. Setting off to Loch Callator tomorrow along Jocks walk lovely 4 or 5 hr walk with the dogs and Mrs W. No reception on phone so hopefully 3points better off when I get back to car. Enjoy it you can't fail to be taken in by the scenery @cumbrianmackem .
