Let's see if we can help here Row. First of all, to which period in time are you referring?
(a) the time when you poured the wine in anticipation of something exciting
(b) the time you realised something exciting awaited and thought **** the wine, or
(c) the time you came downstairs and saw the full glass of wine and couldn't remember why you left it

Re (a) and (b) I think that's fairly obvious and don't worry, it is perfectly normal

(c) is more worrying
