Yep, really....

I had already used a couple of letters that would have fit.

I'm saying a couple of letters used would fit, but looking back one may not even be a word.....so maybe one.

I'm still not convinced anyone ever uses that word. Like you, my 6th guess was the only one that made any sense.

Me neither.
I googled the word and seen the definitions, but the way I've heard it used was a bit different. More the second word of a hyphenated word.

Three. A yellow from the first guess then two yellows and a green from the second.

Took an age to get from word 3 to 4.

Two Juicies first word became one Hughie and three Juicies that gave me a good birdie

Lost 2-3 but in amongst our feathered friends.
Her indoors had 2 hughies and 2 juiceys to start so a simple eagle.
I had 2 juiceys, then 1 hughie and 2 juiceys, because of the missing places it was an easy birdie putt. Happy with that, hope I'm just as happy come 5pm.
