Might not be a way mate, my attempt yesterday involved using Paint.net , I realise now this could be open to abuse, so the search goes on, and thanks again for your help. <ok>

Use the snipping tool on a laptop mate or if on a Mac, press and hold Shift, Command and 4 to bring up the snapshot feature.
