Hefty posted about KLD and the Pom Pom squad needing to stand down on Sunday on the Summer Transfer thread. He quoted from an article 2 years old. Seemed like half the board waded in against him, so he may have taken it badly. It seemed a tad OTT from a few when one or two had already questioned his post. Hope he's OK. Nice birdie today, had a couple of choices but unusual for me hit lucky.
My first word left me with something to think about and, after 9 mins of listening to my brain twirling around, I thought I had worked it out for a 2. Couldn't get it in quick enough. Wrong. The dismay only lasted a few seconds though as it was a simple tap in which, if past attempts are anything to go by, could of course also have been wrong; but this time it wasn't. Happy days
A 3 today. A bit like Ron, I was certain I had it in two, but it left an obvious tap in for a birdie. Done this one really quick as well....took me longer to write this post.
A bit disappointing four, given a decent start. Picked the wrong letter out of two. Two yellows, One green and three yellows, Four greens.
Another pair of birdies. 2 juiceys, lorimers, a left field guess got me home, could have been a lot worse. Feels I've had a lucky escape.
