Blankety blank, one juicy, two, three and a Hughie, then a minute to think for a disappointing bogey :emoticon-0148-yes:

Now :emoticon-0159-musicThings can only get better:emoticon-0159-music for the main part of the day :emoticon-0100-smile

Scraped a 6. Was running out of letters and possible words.

Stumbled to a 5. Didn't help that I put a juicy in the same place on words three and four.

Weekly chart to follow later, once I've calmed down a bit.

Belated chart for the week....surprised I'm still coherent tbh.
Bit of a tough one again, quite a few high scores.
Star of the week....and, a bit like The Lads, she's come up trumps and done it again.....
Cumbriette with a seriously impressive 20.

Not quite a clean sweep for Cumbria this week, with runner-up up spots shared between @cumbrianmackem and @Blond Bombshell both with 22....impressive scores.<applause><applause>

@cumbrianmackem, hope you and your Good Lady have a great holiday. We had a great time near Windermere, just what the Mrs needed.....and thank you...:emoticon-0150-hands

A 5 today. Found this one quite difficult....took an age to get from word 4 to 5. Might have been better off doing this later today.....

Five for today too. Left with probably the only choice after four rounds.

Par four, which is a miracle given the state of my head this morning.

I've had a 6 hour gap between guesses 4 and 5. Happy to come out of it with a 6.

Won 3-4 having a good run.
1 hughie, 1 of each gave me the vowels, bit of a think found my birdie putt.
Thanks Snaggey she's really good at this, my one bit of advice from her is she changes her start word everyday whereas I didn't. I started last week and my scores have improved dramatically.
Pleased you enjoyed your little break...it's been a cracking bank holiday weekend all round..happy days.
