I thought about that word for guess 3 but it would have left too many options had it been wrong. So I took the safe route and got the 4
A par for me as well to start the new week. - two yellows - one of each - two greens for the first two
5. Tried a new system and although 5 is not a good score it did throw up plenty of Juicies and Hughies. Just need to take a bit more time with it. A work in progress!
An eagle and a par in the Whitty household to.start the week. Guess for 2nd word but it worked..Mrs W calling me all sorts of names. ME OYOGG GGGGG MRS W OYOOO OOGOO OGGGO GGGGG
Yet another Les Dawson , one juicy, four of the blighters before a decent finish for a par to start my week
Seen some good scores today, so got excited... after a juicy and a Hughie and 2 juicies, thankful to land the birdie.
Here we are then, Chart for the Week, and its the best one for ages. Breakdown for the week... X7 scores under 25, no fails, 30's club closed for the week, and for the 3rd week running we have a hole-in-one courtesy of Clockerty. . This weeks star of of the week goes to @malagamackem with an excellent score of 21, consistently good at this mate. Runner up spot is shared between Clockerty and me, both with 22. (Think might be the first time we have both been on the podium). Honourable mentions to... @King Kareoke with 23, @Red'un, @Ron and JulieD with 24. There's some cracking barmaids in the 30's club this week courtesy of @Gordon Armstrong, but no customers! The place should be spotless for next week, and if they could leave a tray of sandwiches in the fridge it would be appreciated.
I found that a real head scratcher, thanks to the first guess giving me just about the worst outcome. But my strategy paid off with a cracking third guess which left me with a tap,in. Very pleased with that
