Play as much sport as you can and go to the gym.

Ah the break-up, I've had a few of these over the years. I think the hard bit was realising what a muppet I was for thinking 'this is true love' when it wasn't. First thing i personally would do is reduce alcohol and don't do or say anything stupid, back off and chill a bit. Still be friendly with ex girl as i bet some of her mates quite like you Re-establish ties with ure mates, indulge in sport and line up a few nights out with ure mates and have a good time.

 

That is one thing I could never, ever do. If she starts dating somebody else it makes you feel like **** - I've been there lol.

 

Getting a bit worried about Megadeth NUFC, he's been parked in the Sexy Poll for quite a while now. I hope the next visitor to it doesn't find a skeleton there.

Hope him and Girlzilla haven't split up and he's taken it badly.

 

Sorry to hear it mate but as has already been said, you will look back on this in future, most likely when you have met a much fitter and sounder bird and you will chalk it up to experience. At 22 my bird of 3 years gave me the heave-ho, killed me for about 3 months but soon met a new girl and still with her 6 years later!
So try looking at it as an oppertunity, and at least you can hammer as much fifa and watch as much footy without being nagged to go to the shops!!

There's always that of course It's funny but after a few mind numbing break ups I met a girl and we've been together since 1986, married with 3 kids! I don't believe in the, "Let's be friends", scenario there's usually an injured party, for me it can't work.
Chappaz and his girl may get back, it's very early days, she may have second thoughts. If it's definitely the end, give her a wide berth, that way he wont risk seeing her with someone else.

I got a rollicking from the wife before Xmas because of a kebab.

The last time I bought a kebab was when I lived in Brussels and I was a tad tipsy walking home. It was cold out so I think I ate a bit and then put it into my winter coat pocket to eat later.

She found the kebab 3 years later in my coat that I'd been moaning about losing. Who would have known that the pocket had a bloody big hole in it and it the kebab had fallen into the lining. She was more pissed off that it had stunk out the cardboard box it was in, full of her winter clothes.
