We’ve been awful for a while Nick - the League Table doesn’t lie, but it doesn’t tell the whole story.
Pundits have been blowing smoke up Cooper’s a**e for too long and saying things about the Swansea style of passing/possession football, yet Cooper has taken us so far away from that style that it’s almost unbelievable - thankfully, that lazy punditry has started to wake up and smell the coffee....
Drastic, I know, but I’d replace Cooper for the Play-Offs. It won’t happen, he will get plaudits for the second successive Play-Off achievement, and hopefully will be appointed Manager of the England U21s...
