James Garner - great films. Did you ever see The Notebook?

Stewart Granger - was his name James Stewart, but couldn’t use it for obvious reasons?

Lovely day for it, Kaye is out walking with her chum.
Didn't see the movie & didn't know that about Stewart Granger.

Oberammergau - Germanic

This afternoon I have been listening to Buffalo Springfield, Crosby Stills & Nash and John Prine on Alexa. Plus cold beers.

Living the dream <laugh>

I watched The Notebook on a flight back from Toronto to Schiphol around 2004 / 2005. I watched it because the notes about the film on the flight touched a nerve re my sister-in-law and her late husband. Garner was excellent .... as usual.

I recall reading that about Stewart Granger many moons ago - just checked, my memory was correct <cheers>

Germanic beers? <laugh>
