It’s not my Assembly Nick - didn’t vote for it. People go on about the closeness of the Brexit vote and hence its lack of ‘legality’ - well the devolution vote was far closer and on a much, much lower turnout. Yet the Political Elite ‘rushed’ through legislation to enact it because the result was what they wanted .....
