One of my Rugby chums is a Sikh, he makes his own Garam Masala (from scratch) and lets me have a batch. Dry roast my own spice mixes and enjoy cookingl it

The curry was ok ... however, it wasn’t my favourite, I like Chicken Tarka: it’s like a Tikka but a little ‘otter .... <laugh>

Been over to Maesteg to ‘tidy up’ take a last look around Sue’s late Sister’s house. Completion scheduled for next Wednesday.

Bumped into (not literally) the people buying it at the Estate Agents - they asked if they could have first refusal on Sue’s Mum’s house which is next door.
