Long story, just 2 hours ago placed order for delivery tomorrow with Iceland.

Rejected my M&S MasterCard, then Sue’s, then my Natwest MasterCard, then Sue’s. In desperation / ‘bewilderment’ used my Natwest Debit Card - same result

Then the trolley emptied, and the Delivery slot vanished ....

Looked at my Banking App - the £83.99 was charged to my Debit Card....... and guess what, having finally spoken to M&S and then NatWest, there are charges of £83.99 on each and every credit card.

Spoke to the local Iceland - there’s no delivery down for us tomorrow ...

So we’ve seemingly been charged £419.95 for nothing ......
