10 years ago I’d crept up to 14st 10”11lbs. Lost a stone within 3 weeks (cut out cake, chocolate, biscuits & sweets). Within another month I was 13st and fell gradually to 12st 7lbs where I’ve been for over 4 years.
My diet is pretty healthy - basically a Mediterranean diet with loads of vegetables, salads and fish. But I was partial to chocolate etc.
Now I’m back to my soccer playing weight / shape. I even wear my DJ from 25 years ago - still looks ‘brand new’ - the 2 I’d bought subsequently look as if they’re ‘drowning’.
