Well, your Chairman normally - he certainly used to go annually over the 6 years that I went there in January - stays in the hotel I use in Barbados.

Can't recall when he goes (Dec or early Jan) but he didn't usually leave until mid-Jan "ish". So I suspect that if he's there now, you may have to wait until his return for action.......
