Hmmm. Has AWJ the same influence on and off the field ?? The reasons you give seem to indicate a lack of leadership/motivation etc which usually emanates from management?

The team left Venice for Frankfurt, and then straight to Joburg, to be followed by 4 hours in a coach.....
AWJ is a leader - he came on after 55 mins last night and he certainly helped increase the urgency, but we showed little or no guile behind. We had 24 phases in their 22 and never really looked like scoring.....
