Setting off for Esher at 4pm for a couple of nights.
LTA responded - basically said ‘it’s one of those things….’ Also indicated that there is an industry error rate of 5% on Ticketing transactions - whilst theirs last week was ‘only 1%’
As such there’s nothing they can do.
I had ‘shot down’ their response last night which said that the transaction hadn’t gone through - I had copied them the Amex App which confirmed that payment had been effected immediately.
