Strange day - the house behind us (its side abuts our back boundary fence) came up for sale yesterday evening and we’ve been mulling it over all day as to whether to buy it for Nicola. It’s too large really although hugely convenient. On balance we have decided against.

Seems you are very perceptive - asking if I was ok - I am, but Sue and I had a lot to think and talk about: hence the long walks ..... <cheers>
