Yep - the Pension Scheme owns the building that houses a ‘combined’ Waitrose and John Lewis in Ipswich. Every August the Investment Cttee visits one of our ‘assets’ and holds a meeting there eg another year we visited a Premier Inn in Harrogate, one year the old HMV building in Manchester, an Asda near Heathrow, a Premier Inn in Perth (Scotland) etc.

Kaye has started going to the in house gym twice a week, gentle stuff on treadmill and bike. It has all the gear, £10 per month, unlimited usage for residents. They have a full time trainer as well
