I started developing hay fever about 8 years ago - seems to be tree pollen from Feb - May each year. Stopped taking anything due to side effects - the main types work but numb all the senses. Tried one last year with Loratidine - worked on stopping the runny nose and itchy eyes, but ‘addled’ the brain made me unable to concentrate!

That's awful, luckily none of my immediate family are or have been sufferers despite always living in the countryside.
