I’m back at my playing weight (12st 4) - 11 years ago, I had crept up to 14st 10<yikes> - lost a stone in 3 weeks, and over the next 6 months was down to where I am today.

When I worked for Boeing (1978) took No1 customer to second night of Evita in London. After the interval, Elaine Paige on a set of scaffolds sang Don't Cry for me Argentina...absolutely electric. For minutes afterwards you could hear a pin drop. Unforgettable
