There you are then...jogging is seriously detrimental to your health. Same as squash etc, as for a gym...sends shudders down whats left of my spine :)

Thanks Taff...some idiot English woman being interviewed as she was nearby was quoted as saying "it spoiled my shopping trip"... Makes you wonder eh?
