He'll get rimmed one day and he'll be thrown to the dogs the next.

That's just how our fans work... I mean they did it to Bobby. Nobody is safe.

I just hope they don't expect too much and start up the minute things go backwards which it will at times...

 

If he goes on a terrible run and we are in danger of relegation again then maybe he would get rimmed.

We are no different than any other club.

 

It won't even take that.... At some point nufc fans are going to forget where they've been for the last 20 years. They'll start up if we finish 5th somewhere down the line.

Fans in general like you say have a terrible habit of believing they're entitled to do as well as they want them to.

Imo at times it'll go backwards and that's fine because all we want is a club that tries. Remember?

 

As long as we make progress and we are trying to improve that’s all I care about. Which is where I feel we are at.

We won’t be competing for too 6 let alone top 4 for 5 years plus. So I’m just going to enjoy the ride.

 

We're going to have to endure a **** load of failure and rejection on our way to success and that's the same as what we have to go through in our every day lives. My soul is preparing to go through whatever comes it's way.

These days when the chips are down I choose to keep going and making the right decisions and that's all our owners have to do.
