The student loans people also do this as a way of getting loans repayed. However, they do include in the extremely small, small print that the so called firm of solicitors they are using is in fact themselves.
Don't get me wrong people should pay back what they owe, but for some getting bogus legal threats may be the last straw, firms should not use these con artist tactics to recover bad debts, they have enough legal means, but don't want to pay for them. When you think of the interest rates Wonga charge it's nothing short of disgraceful and l am sad our club is associated with this .
