that may be true, but even before he did we were getting better results when he played than when he didn't.

 

I liked him but he was behind Curtis Davies and Michael Dawson

 

he was. have to admit the signing of michael dawson confused the hell out of me, because the pairing we'd used the season before - chester and davies - was still our best pair, but dawson had to be accommodated.
