France v Germany on BBC 3 tonight at 8.50, the first of the quarter-finals. This match could easily be for the final itself, two brilliant teams with loads of quality and skilful players, I particularly like Henry for France, she scored a right belter a few matches ago, it's on this thread somewhere. The German goalie has looked shaky at times despite being voted the worlds best, I expect the Frenchies to test her at set-plays particularly. England play Canada tomorrow, we have a massive chance of making the semis I think, despite a manager who seems to be winging it at times with the tactics
