The mingers are just ushered out of the way in every place, made to feel unwelcome and rarely served in decent bars. If they even attempt to kick up a fuss for not getting served they're launched straight out after having paid hard dollar to get in, although most just get turned away at the door for 'dressing inappropriately'.
When I went to Bank at Bellagio it was probably the highest concentration of 10/10's I've seen in one place in my lifetime.
