So it's the Big Bad Wolf versus Little Yellow Riding Hood. Cast your mind back to our very own Wolf, who wasn't very big but was certainly bad. Recruitment was pretty dismal in that season, but has this one been even worse?

TIme to come clean - I'm a plastic. I was born in the Black Country, with West Brom the team I supported as a kid, and Wolves were the enemy. If you've never been there, don't. I can tell you that Wolverhampton must be one of the grimmest towns in the country. Almost as grim as our football this season.

OK, I'll end this stream of consciousness. I guess I'm rambling on because I don't want to talk about the football. We haven't conceded this season yet against Wolves, which is pretty amazing when you look at the goals conceded column. We won there in the Cup, so I suppose there's some hope of getting above that magic 21-point mark.

Who knows, even the glory of 19th?

Dream on.

If (when?) we loose this game it will be the third time this league season that we have lost six consecutive matches. Not a thing to bring joy to the heart. Thankfully it will soon be all over. I cannot remember any season that has been so low on hope and expectation. Bring on the Championship. Much better for our nerves and general well being.

If your general well being is negatively influenced by supporting a sports ball team you need to get a grip.

Especially after our 6th relegation, it was kind of expected if we go up again we will be favourites for the drop then too.

Fulham's Pakistani owner is worth over £7 billion spent over £100m last time round and still got relegated.

Bournemouth's Russian businessman Maxim Demin is worth over £900m most of it wrapped up in some chemical company.

Huddersfield English owner Hodgkinson who took them out of administration is worth about £360m

Forest Greek shipping magnate is worth about £500m

Sheffield United's Saudi Prince owner is worth about £15 billion

Luton are a fantastic example of a fan owned club running on an extremely tight budget even compared to Norwich.

I would love to see them go up against all odds.


Would I rather Norwich sold out to a foreign billionaire in the Hope they have money to burn on players ?

I believe we are the second poorest club owner wise in the top 2 leagues above Luton and selling out clearly didn't help most of them.

If that means we will keep bouncing up and down then that's the price we pay for not selling our Soul like Newcastle and pretty much every other team in the top 2 divisions.

Gilmore selected yet again after another terrible performance.

No starts for youth players to give them a taster of Premier league football in a nothing game.

Smith picking the same players that failed miserably all season, at least 3 of that line up won't be at Norwich next season .

The guy has lost it imho
 
Actually, I think we might get something today. We probably need to if we are going to get to that magic 22 points, because Spurs have just beaten Burnley and will have something to play for next week.
 
Tomkinson is on the bench. I hope he gets some playing time to see if he's improved. I don't understand Williams not starting even tho he's not our player.
 
Shame Normann is going , not even sure if Rostov are allowed to sell players .
If a deal could be done he would be a great signing
