You know I was agreeing with you, and also joking. On another note, does anyone else think that Bruce is doing badly on purpose? The issues seem so obvious to us yet he seems to have absolutely no idea. Surely he can't be that stupid?
I think he is. He actually is that thick. He could do himself a favour and send us out to win. But he’s trying to do some sort of Rafa **** and he can’t do it. All the negative stats in the PL we are top of. Possession. Shots against. Shots for. Touches in the box. We are at the wrong end in every one.
I'm not really sure what to make of that.. I think we defended very well and at times got in good positions, but max had a poor game and Wilson had a job done on him.. I think there's something to work with there, but something just wasn't quite right.
Moved from another forum as there was too much arguing. I honestly felt deflated when Murphy scored, it means he'll start the next match and Bruce won't be sacked. To be fair to Ashley as long as we're not in the bottom 3 there's no point getting rid of him. It was a much better defensive shape, but I can't workout why we're the only team who cannot defend with 4 at the back...other than its Bruce trying to coach it
I think Murphy played well personally.. Its like you say though we need the results, so I think today was a good point and that's all that matters... The takeover will go through soon and Bruce will be gone by next season unless he does something unlikely and finishes top 10
God I still can’t believe I’m pissed off with the equaliser and wished we had lost. Because I want Bruce gone so bad. And he keeps getting out of jail. It’s the worst football in history to watch.
I thought he was crap until the goal. He gave the ball away constantly. Didn’t create any chances and in the second half was completely anonymous. Which is worrying because the goal papers over the cracks.
Bruce is feeling under pressure. Very defensive I thought in his post match on sky. Trying to defend criticism the interviewer wasn't even giving him.
I'm not a fan of Bruce and would like another manager, but ultimately that's a good point. I'd we get results fair play and he did change things.. It wasn't great but he did get out best players on the pitch.. Unfortunately max had a bad game and Wilson had a job done on him otherwise we might have looked better..
