Credit to Wolves for their opening goal, that was quite the individual performance to set that up. Ran through three of our defenders and passed it right past a fourth. He literally beat our entire back four.

Alison failed to cover his near post. It happened too quickly.

horrid errors though by said defenders.

they were all piss poor.

Very harsh on Gomez, he's a decent backup option and he was asked to play what is an impossible role for him (the role was created to suit Trent and even he struggles with it!). Matip wasn't providing much support for a Gomez either and probably made the worst error for their goal too.

Matip as been a great signing for us but I think he's done now. Not even sure he cuts it as a backup anymore. I'd put Quansah ahead of him already.

he got far far too close, far too often and then let the guy Meg him or skip past.

matip is total toast. should have been replaced this summer. another massive error.

I think I agree on Matip, he’s crept in to the can’t be trusted category for me now.

And yeah, Gomez was asked to do something he cannot do, but also was very cocky standing Neto up time and again as if to say ‘go on then, try and go past me’ and he did with ease

but thats not what he did. he got in too close rather than just pausing giving himself enough room to force the guy to go and stay wider.

we need konate fit for all prem games. if we don't we won't do too well.

it's already roll on January to get that cb.

Quansah and gomez for europa. let's go no issue.

but we must have vvd and konate for league.

the lack of a trent option now due to Bradley injury is now going to hurt.

That's because he's not a RB, he's a CB

Well there is that but he's not learning much over time is he?

he started at rb with rotation with trent them.moved to partner vvd and then ended up.benched due to injuries.

he's old enough to know if you get within a half yard of a winger you will get done fairly easily.

Mac played 90 mins. v Bolivia in La Paz on Tuesday and needed oxygen post match.

Wondered why he was so poor in that first 45.

it was advertised pregame that they were going in taking oxygen after even the flight in, never.mind playing.

i had endo in my prematch line ups and never thought macallister would be right for this game.

it was a real vote of no confidence by klopp OR I should say a vote for who klopp sees as his first team big time.

I don't see Mac in that 6 spot too often.....Endo injured or not fancied in that particular game?

I reckon klopp has bought another reserve there and macallister will actually play 6 all year.

Szoboszlai macallister gravenberch is in my mind now but who knows really.

I'd say that's ok Klopp, not Gomez. As I said, and have said for years now, he's not a RB

One or two think Klopp may use this season to familiarise Grav in no.6...........Szob....Grav......Maca
