There are only 5 premier league games left til we get the chance of our first historic game against the mighty Lincoln City.

We travel to Wolves who are already down...so we all know what's coming.

In the 1970s a dead whale washed up on an American beach. The locals decided that the best way to to dispose of it's rancid, rotting carcuss was to put copious amounts of dynamite in it, set up a BBQ and picnic and blow it up...

that video sums up what happens every time I watch us play.

Full of hope, joy and excitement at watching a memorable event only to end up feeling like ... well like I was covered in an exploded whales anus.

We still haven't won a game this calendar year but at least played something that resembled football last time out.
Wolves have regularly been involved in key moments in our History. We beat Wolves in the 1921 FA Cup Final, the 1972 UEFA Cup Final, the 1981 FA Cup semi final replay and in our first game at the openning of the old West Stand in our Centenary year of 1982...but their most important contribution to our history was taking Jamie ****ing O'hara off our hands.

In 1962 Frane Selak (from Sarajevo) was on a train that crashed into a river. In 1963 he was on a plane when the cockpit door blew open in midair sucking him out of the plane. In 1966 he was involved in a bus crash. In 1970 he was in his car when it caught fire and exploded. Then, in 1973 it happened again. In 1995 he was hit by a bus. In 1996 a United Nations truck ran him off the road by accident.

Some consider him the luckiest man ever while others consider him the unluckiest man ever...it occurs to others (not me obviously) that he was probably just a Spurs fan desperate not to watch us play any more.

If I didn't know better I swear Trump could have organised this after hearing the Vera Lynn song "Whale Meat Again "
