Think that would make the World Cup this year a bit of a farce. I feel sorry for the athletes who actually want to compete drug free but are being tarred with the same brush by being Russian. This isn't the first athlete to test positive - a Japanese speed-skater also tested positive (presumably for methamphetamines ).
This has to be the most pointless ****ing sport ever ! Where is the skill? You hardly need to be an athlete to partake, although a lot of the female competitors are very pleasing on the eye I have to say. Nee way is this a sport like, it's a cross between crown green bowls and ****ing housework
I'm disappointed there are not more fat people playing it. Why they need to be in such good shape I don't know. I suppose they do have slide along on their knee, maybe a more weighty individual wouldn't get up. On the subject of fat sportsmen or women, I watched those bobsleighs, there was a few guts knocking about there too. I take it the extra weight means you are faster at the finish once the momentum builds. There is hope for you yet Nev and Obi. Those two would be like they'd had NOS in their bobsleigh by the time they got to the bottom. I was also catching up on the England cricket. I noted the England A are playing West Indies.
