If the owner can afford to waste money like this he should add to the excitement of free away travel by putting the coach into a 10p per ticket prize raffle when they arrive home.
In terms of kicking on.....for me Morton for me has been mismanaged by Liverpool from a financial perspective, they thought that they could get 20m for him so kept on to him right til the end and then didn't send him out on loan when he wasn't sold, he was never a 20m player to begin with, they may be lucky to get 10m-12m for him this window, but a loan with option is more likely I think. Philogene made a bad decision, simple as, he should have gone to Ipswich in the first place as he was always going to be more likely to get minutes and game time there, but for whatever reason he chose to go back to Villa, it's not worked out and now that Villa and he have realised he's not at that level yet (and Villa desperate for £) he's on the move. Can't really comment on Tufan, blissfully unaware of the ins and outs of the Turkish lig. Seri leavign was on us, silly move by a silly manager!
Tufan wanted to go back home But istanbul is about 600 miles from trabzon Its almost like hull to munich
That happened in October when they got rid of it's head. Doesn't stop folk ignoring the fact though, does it?
Turkish guy who gave me a haircut after he left said he knows Tufan, and he was offered double his money to go back, but he also coinsidered staying for a bit longer, and hoping that someone from Saudi came in for him, offering megabucks.
Villa's option allowed them to match any deal we agreed, but the player still had to agree to join them.
Probably enough to sign a 32 year old 1 in 10 journeyman from Millwall. Should have been all over it. Bloody rubbish city.
Makes you realise a team consisting of Greaves- Seri-Mortan- Tufan- Carvalho- Philogene- Delap- Zaroury did not finish in the top 6 was total failure. Can’t get any ****er to sign now bottom 3 stragglers in the poorest Championship in respect of quality I can ever remember.
