Ideally we would, yeah. But I can see them wanting to stick with Bazunu as they spent a lot on him and he is still young. We only spent about £20m when we went down last time so I'd be surprised if we went and bought a keeper.
I'd guess a bit of both, though unlike with the Tall Paul bollocks they are in a better position to low ball us this time given we lose him for nothing in a few months anyway and have nothing to play for. If I were KWP though I'd rather just wait until the summer and go on a free at this point with a nice signing on bonus and presumably staying in the PL. I'd be shocked if there isn't interest in him from the PL on a free, and he'll be well aware and will have spoken to clubs about signing for them in the summer I'm sure.
I don't think there's a lot of money over there. I had a bit of a look at Turkish football finances a while ago when people seemed to be suggesting money is being moved from Saints to Goztepe. There wasn't loads of info available but I think the highest fees ever paid by Turkish clubs are around €20m.
A couple of million is all we realistically are going to get for KWP, I’d take it now rather than let him leave for nothing in the summer. Whether he wants to go now or see what’s out there in the summer is the bigger question
