Didn't you say we're the most hated team in the country. Putting aside for a minute that's complete nonsense, why would such an irrelevant team create so much hatred across the land?

It makes about as much sense as you being the only person in the country to hear a whole section of fans racially abusing Ivanovic and/or Oscar.

Yes, people have tried to equate the two.

And no, I think a life ban would be going too far. If an offence has been committed, let the police do their thing and throw a season ban on top. Stopping someone going to football for the rest of their life for throwing a plastic bottle of Carlsberg or a lighter seems a bit much.

 

Not saying we can't be. You and most Chelsea fans on here (as in life in general) come across very well. There's always going to be one or two who try and spoil things with their agendas/lack of intellect.

 

A season ban probably is sensible as no one was really hurt. Message needs to be sent though that there is a line between football banter, even chanting and throwing things at players. Plastic bottle I can sort of understand but no one will be holding a lighter or coins during a game so throwing these items suggests a greater level of pre-meditation - rather than complete heat of the moment.

Here's hoping we hear soon that proper investigations are being undertaken with the help of the club.

They mightn't register to most of you but not EC (who ironically liked your post). He never stops going on about QPR. The guy is obsessed.

 

No mention of the Cup game you won, the one-niller where the Ref gave you the three points on a plate. Think it was Clint Hill who gave away the "penalty" which won you the game. It was a farce. He didn't even touch the guy. (Not to mention the dive earlier in the season which got you the 3 points at the Bridge).

I agree with the Blues fans that the vitriol from Rangers fans toward Chelsea is embarrassing. It therefore must be embarrassing for them having a regular poster being just as obsessed with QPR.

 

Agree than Sturridge's dive was as bad if not worse than Helgusson's and SWP's triple salko tto get Bosi sent off.

But can't remember the dive 'earlier in the season' that got us three points at the Bridge. We smashed you 6-1 later in the season, the game was over after ten mins when JT scored and you did the fire drill at 4-0.

She is checking out Brana's arse. In fact I have a long standing (she has been known to sit too) Chelsea mate who often mentions Brana's Bum during matches. I don't gets it guys but apparently it is something magical and awesome to behold she says. On further investigation she posted a Youtube vid she said she had 'found' on Dfer's Chelsea ChitChat page which was five minutes of Brana's posterior in close up and slo mo to music. There is a world of fandom out there we know nothing of.

Back on topic & the cold hard fact remains. When you perform a virtual shutout on the best team in the land, not allowing them a single shot on goal, if you then have a Goalkeeper who is unable to kick the ball straight down the field in the last minute of normal time (and half a dozen times in the 1st half), then players of the sheer quality of Hazard, Fabregas, Oscar etc are going to punish your mistake. That's what top teams do. That's why they win Championships and that's why Chelsea will win this one. And good luck to them, they will deserve it.

EC, if you lads have any sense a'tall, you'll drop this notion of signing Rob Green up next season - even if only for cover. I have a feeling Mourinho has seen all he needed of him yesterday.

 

just read a comment from qpr Beth saying our support was **** because we only took half the away end. I assume she hasn't been this season or she would have known that's all they give away fans this season and didn't the tickets go on general sale and still only 17900 with us selling out . Maybe the Wembley million's were all working or on half term holidays

Look there's nothing wrong with watching matches from your armchair, it's just that you lose some of the atmosphere. I do think that you should try to get to a least one match every couple of years or so, you never know you might enjoy it and go every week.
