Plymouth came from behind to beat Shrewsbury and became only the second visiting team to pick up three points at the Montgomery Waters Meadow this season.

Carlton Morris gave high-flying Shrews the lead but Jamie Ness pulled Plymouth level before Zak Vyner grabbed a second-half winner.

Argyle have now lost just one of their past 12 League One matches.

It was good to see they stuck with your manager Greeny when you think of clubs who sack managers after a bad run of games your start to the season was awful. Crawley in league 2 with Harry Kewell are quitely closing in on the play-offs after an awful start.

I'm not sure we could afford to sack a manager philhythe. He is on a 4 year deal which for us is a lifetime and the compo makes him one of the safest managers going. We don't have a history of hiring and firing particularly anyway. Our Admin period was different but I think most of the managers we had through that pretty much gave up and jumped. Our Owner is a right tightwad as well. He would probably expect any manager to pay him to leave. Mind you there are plenty of the Argyle faithful eating humble pie currently because the screams for Adams to get fired were very loud indeed. Now he's wonderful with sunshine cascading from his boxer shorts in a backward direction. Fickle lot us supporters aren't we...............

I have never ever done facebook in my life Ron. My offsprings do it and their offsprings do it but I just can't bring myself to. Why people go on something like that and tell the whole world how big the turd was they produced that morning and what they had for breakfast to follow I just cannot fathom. My missus has a friend who is a geek with all of that. Some of the things she comes out with are just incredible. Where does she get her info from.............facebook of course. If it's said on facebook then suddenly it becomes a fact. It's a bit like tweets. Which is confectionary with the s at the wrong end as far as i'm concerned. Far too modern a concept for me. I've just about mastered the email.

FB and twitter etc can be wonderful things when used properly but, as you say, the way they are used is a nightmare and enough to put normal people off.

This is what I have on my FB. Not sure if people understand the message

I doubt statistically there has ever been much value in changing a manager mid season. Once the initial bounce has gone things often go back to exactly the same as before. The only thing extra is you then have to fire that replacement as well and there is a lot less in the playing budget who are the ones lets face it who actually either win or lose the points.
