It's going to be a tough game for both sides; however, Portsmouth have a very good record at home. And as southampton tend to struggle away from st marys- I'll say 2-0 Pompey
We play a sort of 4 2 3 1. Halford, Pearce, Rocha, Mattock Mullins, Thorne Ward, Norris, Viking Kitson or Varney Since the 2nd half of the Leicster game we've looked very comfortable in every game we've played. Henderson only made 1 save against Brunley which shows how tight our defence is. Ward will be well up for it being a Pompey fan. How do you expect to line up?
Our defence is good but not perfect..we operate a system of we'll score one more than you. Was amazed to see in the season stats that 1.0 was our favourite score line!
After long analyses and hard deliberation I am still ambivalent... It's a real tough one to call, form may favour Pompey but I think maybe managerial inexperience and expectations on the Portsmouth players may just cost them. But Saints injuries will also have a significant impact i.e. Davis and Chaplow. Good luck both sides .
Think it will be a high scoring affair, can't see us going 3 away on the trot without scoring, Heart - 0-1 Head - 2-2 Just hope we're talking about the football on Monday. Saying that, I think this 'bubble' idea (though over the top), will work, and there won't be any serious trouble
