    Last time there was a British men's Wimbledon winner, Arsenal went on to win the League Championship & Spurs were relegated.

    Phew! What a final. I've only just crawled into work with the hangover nearly gone.

    Absolutely delighted for Andy Murray. Thought we were going to get a repeat of last year when he went down 4-1 in the second set but the way he fought back demonstrated how much he's improved physically and mentally in the past 12 months.

    I was sceptical about Ivan Lendl when he became Andy's coach but it's turned out to be a masterstroke.

    A British men's winner at Wimbledon! Who'd a thunk it?
