Exactly, that's why you shouldn't overplay your players, especially with the amount of games we have - EPL, Champs League, FA Cup, Carling Cup. Although Sanchez is a beast, we should take a bit more care with him, especially as it's his first season in a different country. Unfortunately for Sanchez, he is the go to guy at the moment and until Walcott comes back at least, he won't get any respite.

We really need to pull our socks up and rediscover our form - because even with Ozil, Wilshere, Walcott ect out we wouldn't need Sanchez if Ramsey, Cazorla, Oxo ect were all on form. They'd be creating and scoring enough goals to allow Sanchez to rest.

Relying on Chambers is IMO criminal at such a young age, we are so lucky he's adapted so well though.

Thankfully Cazorla is coming to some form and OXO is looking decent. Also Chambers hitting the ground running was a blessing, not just for us but for him. If he flopped, just imagine the damage it would have done to his confidence at such an early age.

So true, that would have been really difficult to deal with, but as it is he's flying, with confidence sky high which is great.

Really glad Cazorla's rediscovering his form, some of his touches against Dortmund were awesome. He's one of my favourite players so good to see his form coming back. Oxo is great, if he keeps improving then he'll be awesome! Just hope Ramsey rediscovers his form and we sign a DM in Jan.

Yeah Cazorla is one of my favourites. He is so skillful and so good to watch, I don't quite understand how he was underperforming so much, as he is so good. Ramsey's form is a bit of a mystery, had such a great season, won the FA cup and then starting playing poorly this season. Actually the majority of the squad. Have they changed the mineral water at the club or something?

Personally I think it has something to do with our pre-season, as no player has looked totally fit. And the lack of rest, injuries and everything else has magnified it, so we are still experiencing it in November

Well the good news is that Arteta will be only 2-3 weeks away. Walcott will not be available for Saturday or Wednesday.

I just looked at our training pics from today, and Walcott was training with the first team, and so was Welbeck, same for Sanogo as well, so if they're training with the first team they should be fine, don't get it.

Join everyone else, I reckon even Wenger doesn't get it either. Our injuries is like an episode from the Tales of the Unexpected....

Showing your age there fella <whistle>

Good to see that Walcott, Welbeck and Sanogo were training today. It must mean that they are close to fitness and their injuries weren't as bad as first feared.

Looking at this pic, can anyone still really blame the club's training/physio régime?

Our boys play a tough & physical game and if our backroom staff were as crap as some suggest, we wouldn't be able to field 11 players after a few weeks of the season.
