    Willo was a trier, but not up to PL level. Can't fault his commitment, but at the end of the day just not good enough. Good luck to him tho

    Williamson at least always tried to give 100%. Compare him with someone like Coloccini who half the time just doesn't give a ****. Good luck to Willo.

    I think the likelihood is we won't sign Matip or Austin with 6 months left on their contracts because the selling clubs will still want a few million for them, but then the players and agents will be looking at the huge signing bonuses they would get in the summer when they are out of contract and will want the majority of that. Wasn't Andre Ayew rumoured to have been paid around £8m for signing for Swansea in the summer? So it may end up being quite expensive and not happen is my thinking. It could depend on our league position in January and how desperate we are.

    I can't remember. I'm not saying they wouldn't sign just that it's less likely unless we are desperate and will pay up for fear of dropping out of the division as I don't think they will be as cheap signings as they are made out to be.
