I think his contract is entering its last year. So I'd imagine with his injury, his club are thinking better to ditch the wages now given they are not counting on him. Its only rumours anyway, I'd think he'd still command a fee for them no bother. He's a quality in my opinion. Not top top class, but more than good enough for us. Everton now being linked so probably forget it.

Willems was top draw last season... People keep banging on a out errors... He made one vs arsenal a big one but other than that he was integral in anything postive we did last season... People saying he ms no good in a 4 but jesus Christ was rose?

Rose is finished from what I can see. Polar opposite. Willems came in and was a bundle of energy, smiling, generally looked a great lad to have around. Plus he had quality. Rose seemed a mardy little **** who thinks the world is against him, sullen faced the whole time, fat and looked disinterested.

I know what I'd prefer.

100% should have been signed, snap him the **** up.

What kind of poxy, half assed **** show is Newcastle United man. Can't even sign a left back when a decent player who has scored premier league goals and passionately wants to play at the club.

It's no longer a joke, it's just depressing.
